LPOIC Members Meeting 9-9-20 City Beach
Attending: Dale Greene, Bob Snider, James Mullen, Jake,Megan and Jennie Howerton, Will Crook, Kevin Elmore, Donnie Endicott, Gale Belgarde, Dave Gillespie, Bud Bedry and Ryan Routt.
Minutes from 8-12-20 read and accepted.
Correspondence: Memberships
Mack of the Month: Appears Ed O’Hara 5.96# 25”.
Weigh-In Catch and Release Test Run: Took a Video, may change to 15 seconds drip, need to watch for foreign materials in net and need to program scale to hold tare weight longer.
Members Only Derby-9/19/20 and 9/20/20. Need to talk to Mike Martin at Holiday Shores about scale location.
Captn’s Table Halloween Derby is still not decided. IF it happens, it will be the weekend before Halloween. October 24th and 25th, 2020
Fish Verification for Members Only Derby will be before 9-23-20 Board Meeting at the Fairgrounds. 6:00 PM?
