Minutes of June 14, 2017: Read by Dale G. and accepted.

Mack of the Month for June and so far for July: June Brad Sturgis 35.5 pounds at 43 inches. July led by Dave Gillespie 16.26 pounds at 35 ½ inches.

Newsletter: Deadline for Newsletter is 7-24-17.Have all articles and pictures to Ryan by then.

Upcoming Events:
  LPOIC Annual Picnic and Election Results 7-15-17
     Starts at 12 noon- Main course provided by LPOIC- please bring a side dish to share- bring lawn chairs and any lawn games you might want to play
     There will be door prizes- must be present to win
     Dave Ivy will bring hats as door prizes
     If you haven’t mailed your ballot in please bring to picnic
  Spring Creek Hatchery Clean-up 8-5-17
     Starts at 8 AM or as soon as you can get there, lunch provided
     Bring waders, gloves, rakes and lawn chair if you have them
  Sullivan Springs Clean Up with IDF&G 8-19-17
     Time to be announced
     Need to know who else would like to take part
     IDF&G supplies lunch

  Members only Derby September 16- 17, 2017
     Ending time 3 PM on the 17th, in line.
     Dinner will begin at 5 PM at Captn’s Table.
     Awards Ceremony starts at 5:45 PM
     Prize Package Poster and Derby Ticket Packets out around August 1st
     Tickets ONLY at weigh stations and LPOIC meetings
     MUST be member BEFORE September 16
