LPOIC Members Meeting 3-9-16
Attending: Dale Greene, Elton Dawson, Gale Belgarde, Kevin DaVault, Larry Eng, Stephen Klappenbach, Clint Nicholson, Dave Ivy, Kevin Elmore, Barb Gillespie and Dave Gillespie.
Correspondence: Receipt from Bonner Soil for Water Festival donation. Three memberships and $150 Junior Division support.
Minutes from Members Meeting 2-10-16: Barb G. read minutes and they were approved.
Mack of the Month for February: Won by Gale Belgarde, 14.44#.
Old Business:
Spring Derby / Pin Auction Update: Went over Donation list.
Scale Calibration: Bayview done. Steve K. working on Garfield.
Newsletter: Sent to Printer and approved. Delivery date between next Tuesday and Saturday.
Gun and Horn Show in Sandpoint: Three Memberships, one hat and $70 worth of raffle tickets.
Big Horn Show in Spokane March 17,18,19 and 20 2016 update: James M. will pick up equipment and money box from storage next week.
Contract for Poster Gorilla-Update: Barb G. has call in to Rama today. Clint N. didn’t succeed in getting his Derby fish photo printed, said was rejected.
Contract for Pin Auction-Update :Done with Elk’s. Haven’t done food yet,still looking into Super One.
New Business: Permits have been submitted to County and Fish and Game.
All Voted for President’s Award/Silver Platter.
