Minutes from 12-12-18 read and accepted.

Correspondence: Letter of thanks from Junior angler Magnus Hanson.

Mack of the Month: December Dale Greene 7.22# 25”. None for January.

Scholarship Update: Clint briefed members on likely process. Previous recipient Noah Hastings likely to get another year if grades are up. Two more to local schools. Perhaps the other $500 to a Member’s deserving close relative.

Spring Pin Auction will be 4-26-19. Start looking for donations.

Derby Dates:
Spring Derby 4-27-19 through 5-5-19’
Members Only Derby 9-21-19 and 9-22-19.
Halloween Invitational Derby 10-26-19 and 10-27-19.
Thanksgiving Derby 11-23-19 through 11-27-19 and 11-29-19 through 12-1-19.
No conflicts with other applications.

W-9s to be completed and mailed by 1-31-19 by Will Crook.

Sales tax payment for 2018 by Will.

Members eligible for Officer and Board nominations. Dale G. will supply by next Meeting.

No volunteer for Presidency.

Spring Derby format discussion – Mackinaw should continue to have 10 places, still have 32” minimum length for adult rainbows with junior division to still have 28” minimum length for rainbows. There was a discussion on walleye and it was suggested that a proposal be brought to the next board meeting and presented to the board.

Kevin E. will get started on scale calibration and recertification.

Pin Update: Finalize order and special numbers.
