LPOIC Members Meeting 6-14-23 WLDC
Attending: Dale Greene, Barb Gillespie, Dave Gillespie, Nancy Spence, John Spence, Dustin Masin, Denton McGlothlin, Marlin Pihl, Tony Butler, Ethan Butler, Carter Sandahl, Christine Sandahl, Larry Eng and Kevin Elmore.
Meeting started out with a presentation from Dustin Masin, the Idaho Fish and Game’s Bull Trout Officer. This took place outdoors where he gave a tour of the Idaho Fish and Game trailer.
Minutes from May 10th handed out.
10-minute discussion on current LPO fishing.
Mack of the Month: May won at the last moment 22.88 lbs. 38.5 inches Brad Sturgis.
Comments on Bayview Cleanup Event. Discussed the club purchasing absorbent ahead of time next year.
July 12th meeting seminar will be talk from Hannah Combs from Bonner County History Museum.
Annual Club Picnic will be July 15 at WLDC. at noon.
4 new 60 lb. digital scales purchased and need set up and certification.
Vote on the Spring Derby Photo Contest won by Rory and Sam Bonner, youth picture.
Deadline on Article submission for the Summer Newsletter is July 1st. August 1st ship.Food Bank Donation $10, Matched by Club.
Drawing proceeds for 50/50 $23 Carter Sandahl and $23 to Scholarship Fund.
Tackle Share to Scholarship Fund. Planer Board from Dale G. $24 bought by Kevin E. Marlin Pihl brought a fly bought for $7 by Kevin E. Marlin Pihl brought a Maglip bought for $5 by Dale Greene.
