LPOIC Members Meeting 8-12-20
Attending: Dale Greene, Troy Wittusen, Michelle Levandoski, Kevin Elmore, Dave Gillespie, Will Crook, Bob Snider, Nancy Spence and John Spence.
Minutes from 7-8-20 read and accepted.

Election Results: Secretary-Dale Greene, Treasurer-Will Crook, Board Members— Barb Gillespie, Dave Gillespie, Donny Endicott, Gale Belgarde, Elton Dawson, Jake Howerton, Bob Snider, James Mullen, Larry Eng and Kevin Elmore.
Picnic Review
Members Only Derby 9-19 through 9-20-20. Have to establish written weigh in procedures and weigh masters. Donny Endicott has the catch and release bags. Donny will set up a Zoom call to establish and write up catch and release weigh procedures. Derby officially closes at 5:00 PM Sunday. Looking into a Zoom Award at 6:00PM Wednesday followed by a Board meeting at 6:30PM. Agreed by all attending.
Spring Creek cleanup 8-15-20, meet at Walmart lot at 8:00AM.
Sullivan Springs cleanup unofficial {COVID} this year. Meet at Granite 8-22-20 at 9:00AM.
