LPOIC Members Meeting 5-9-18

Minutes of 4-11-18: Read by Dale G. and accepted.
Mack of the Month for April and so far for May: April won by Scott Plue 21.00# and 36.75”. May led by Nathan Hanson 38.125” and 25.54#.
Auction Critique:
Ways to improve? Potentially silent auction on Pins? Hope to speed along. Still not enough publicity beforehand.
Thanks to all who contributed donations or time to make this event successful.Spring Derby Critique: General happiness over the way it went. Special kudos to Derby Master Dave Ivy.Thanks to those that contributed.
Awards Ceremony: 5-12-18 7:00 PM at Bonner Mall.
Cake was to be ordered yesterday by Clint N. and to be picked up by Dave and Barb G.
PA System by Grant Hillen.
Fish, Trays and Trophies to be picked up by Dale G.
Clothing will be sold by Dave Ivy.
50/50 will be conducted with ½ to ticket winner and ½ to Scholarship Fund.
Silver Platter to be awarded.
Three Mack 25# Patches to be awarded: Brad Sturgis 35.5#, Jeremy Nett 25.34# and Jim Brewer 25.22#.
Will be a door prize.
Please come have fun congratulating the winners and seeing the awesome fish displayed.Ballots to be mailed by 6-1-18. Election to be at Club Picnic.
Tackle Share Auction:
Boyd Founds donated 4 flies. Went for $25 to Tom Mahler.
Dave Gillespie donated 2 flies. Went for $30 to Elton Dawson.Door Prize went to Tom Mehler. $30 gift certificate to North 40.
