LPOIC Members Meeting 2-10-21 Fairgrounds
Attending: Dale Greene, Bud Bedry, Donnie Endicott, Jake Howerton, Jennifer Howerton, Megan Howerton, Kevin Elmore and Will Crook.
Minutes from 1-13-21 read and accepted.
Correspondence: Will Crook sent a letter of support to the BC Sheriff’s Office for new Patrol boat engines and scanning sonar for bottom search.
Mack of the Month: Won by Roger Bacon for January with 7.24 lbs.
Finalise Spring Derby Format: Quite a bit of discussion over Junior Division. Proposed optional buy-up from Youth A to Junior Division. Give A and B Classes option of doing a real weigh-in or a ruler length catch and release photo. Will Crook will contact Ryan Roslak for input.(Major force in Junior Class establishment and funding) To be decided at Board Meeting before Derby.
Bring Scales for recalibration.

Donny Endicott is taking charge of organizing the Auction a week before the Derby. Location, food, seminars, etc. Info at Board Meeting.Discussed better communication with members. Direct email, text tree Facebook, etc.
