LPOIC Members Meeting 10-11-17
Attending: Clint Nicholson, Dale Greene, Barb Gillespie, Dave Gillespie, Bob Snider, Jeff Laybourne, Zac Taylor and Kevin Elmore.
Correspondence: None.
Minutes of September 13, 2017: Read by Dale G. and accepted.
Mack of the Month for September and October: Dale G. reported Gale Belgarde Sr. won September with 7.46# 27”. Nothing for October so far.
LPOIC Fall Derby November 18 through 22 and 24 through 26 of 2017.
Challenge Derby-Rainbow Division-Adult and Junior Divisions
31” Minimum Length-Rainbow Divisions-Adult and Junior Divisions
Junior Division will have a Rainbow and a Mack Division-payout for 3 places in each(same calculation for both payouts as before, Club will pick up the Mack payout for this Derby)
Adult Division will have a Rainbow and a Mack Division-Payout for 4 places in each.
$500 Members Bonus in the Adult Rainbow Division to those Members that have a fish in the final standings.
Pin Prize of $250 to the person that purchased a pin at the 2017 Pin Auction and has the largest Rainbow in the final top 4 standings.
Packets will be handed out to volunteers 10-25-17 to be delivered to weigh stations/ticket outlets. Hopefully the newsletters will be in by then and can be handed out also.

Clint Nicholson discussion of heavier Facebook presence: Like to add another administrator to share load and perhaps pay to boost some more important posts. On agenda for next Board Meeting. Would also like to increase Club’s presence at OTHER local Derbies Auctions.
Tackle Share Auction: Superflies donated by Jeff Laybourne. Kevin Elmore got for $11 pair.
Door Prize: Dale Greene won $30 Black Sheep gift certificate!
