LPOIC Board Meeting 4-26-23 WLDC
Attending: Dale Greene, Carter Sandahl, Christine Sandahl, Nancy Spence, Barb Gillespie, Dave Gillespie and Jeremy Brown.
Correspondence: Donation thank you from Food Bank. Donation thank you from Bonner County Water Festival. F&G supplied link to proposed rule changes.
Minutes for the last Board Meeting available.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking $45,193.06. CD $30,406.27 details on file
Auction Report and Review: All items have been mailed out. There are three unsold items to deal with. Also a $750 donation from Jeff Bond to decide what to apply it to.
Spring Derby weigh station hours will rotate N and S at same time, Garfield 1 hour different. 9-6 N and S then 10-7 Garfield. 9-6 Garfield then 10-7 N and S. All 8 to 4 PM May 7th.
Still need a couple of MOD donations and 2 Catch and Release.
Spring Derby Packet accounting and prize payment will be May 11 at 2:00 PM at WLDC.
Need to do more research on scales. Appears there are several brands enough cheaper that we could nearly get 4 for the price of 1 to match our old 100#. IF they can be certified.
Bayview Cleanup Thursday June 8th 9:00 AM same place.
Scholarship Update: 14 applicants. 1 Clark Fork. 1 Lakeland. 1 Pend Oreille Alt. 1 continuing. Multiple Sandpoint.
