LPOIC Board Meeting 1-27-16

Attending: Dale Greene, Barb Gillespie, Dave Gillespie, Kevin Elmore, James Mullen, Clint Nicholson, Dave Ivy and Kevin De Vault.

Correspondence: Bonner Soil Conservation District looking for donations for annual Water Festival. Clint N. motion, Dave I. 2nd $200 donation passed.

Minutes from 12-20-15 Inventory Meeting: Dave I. Barb G., Dave G., Kevin D. and Dale G. counted stock.

Mack of the Month: Dale G. reported he was still leading with 18.56#.

Treasurer’s Report: Dave G. reported $24,633 checking, $6,175.13 record fund and $2,119.61 in Rainbow fund.

Old Business:

LPOIC Pin Status: Final order made 1-19-16.Six special numbers ordered. Checked, on schedule.

Spring Newsletter Deadline for Articles and Pictures 2-19-16 to Ryan Roslak. Clint N. writing about membership and a synopsis of the year’s events.
