LPOIC Board Meeting 9-23-20 Fairgrounds
Attending: Dale Greene, Will Crook, Donnie Endicott, Bob Snider, Kevin Elmore, Dave Gillespie, Gale Belgarde and Bud Bedry.
Minutes from 8-26-20 read and accepted.
Mack of the Month: August Ed O’Hara 5.96# 25”. September Zach Taylor 9.59# 28” leading.

Fish and Derby Verification
Derby Review: All went remarkably well although we could use better communications with the weigh masters. All nine Rainbows weighed in, except for the winner, were successfully released!!! Need to look for more weigh-in masters now for Fall Derby!
Set prize package for Fall Derby:
Mack is the same as last year.
$50 Adult entry.
Rainbow $500 catch and release placing bonus (as MOD)
Member placing bonus $1000 split.
A and B kids first three get boat captain $50 bonus.
Juniors $10 entry, 4 places: $600, $400, $300 and $200. All get $50 captain’s bonus.Fall Newsletter Deadline October 1st to Dave Gillespie.
Fall Derby November 21-25 and 27-29.
MOD 99 entries. About 30 memberships. Around $500 below break even.
