LPOIC Board Meeting 8-25-21 Fairgrounds
Attending: Dale Greene, Barb Gillespie, Dave Gillespie, Bob Snider, Carter Sandahl, Jake Howerton, Kevin Elmore and Jennifer Howerton.
Minutes from 7-28-21 read and accepted.
Correspondence: Article in Newport Miner about poaching of Bull Trout in Pack River and Pend Oreille Basin. F&G encouraging log book reports on LPOAC Big Money Fall Tournament and LPOIC Thanksgiving Derby.
Treasurer’s Report: Bud Bedry not here.
Deadline for Fall Newsletter: October 1st. Kevin E. motion for 2022 : Newsletters emailed. 500 copies distributed through ticket outlets. Dave G. 2nd. Unanimous agreement.
Sullivan Springs Review: Good Participation, pretty fun. Bull Trout entertainment.
Members Only Derby: Still looking for Holiday Shores Weigh Master.
Derby Packets, Posters and Newsletters. Packets to all on the lake. Dale G. drops off to Holiday Shores and North 40. Dale G. to pick up packets and return to Captn’s Table after Derby before 5:00PM for presentations.
