LPOIC Board Meeting 6-24-20 Google Meet
Attending: Dale Greene, Will Crook, Dave Gillespie, Barb Gillespie, Bob Snider, Donny Endicott, Kevin Elmore, Melanie Endicott and Elton Dawson.
Correspondence: Half dozen ballots. Erika Beckech? Thank you for scholarship, heading for Montana State. Maddy Rusho, thank you for the scholarship. Hewes Craft advising won’t be supporting Derbies this year, COVID. IRS letter and Your Cause for Will Crook, back in PO box.
Bonner Soil and Conservation District explaining where donation money went before COVID cancellation.Minutes from 5-27-20 read and accepted.
Mack of the Month: May won by Brad Surgis 22.93#. Nothing for June.
Treasurer’s Report:Scholarship Fund down to $322 after Spring Awards. $75,197 on hand.
Newsletter articles and photos due 7-18-20 by Picnic.
5-28-20 only 146 members, way down.
Members Only Derby: Will Crook motion, Dale Greene 2nd. Same as last year except $500 bonus over last year for any successfully caught, weighed, released and swam
away in the top three Rainbow positions. Mack same as last year. Only three weigh stations, all with 100# scales and slings. MacDonald’s, Holiday Shores and Odies. Awards undecided until closer.(COVID) Unanimous vote yes.Kevin Elmore motion, Dale Greene 2nd to do credit cards for Kevin Elmore, Dave Gillespie, Donny Endicott and Will Crook. $500 limit. Passed unanimously.
