LPOIC Board Meeting 5-25-16
Attending: Clint Nicholson, Dave Ivy, Dale Greene, Dave Gillespie, Barb Gillespie, Gale Belgarde Sr, Kevin Elmore, Dale Snipes and James Mullen.
Correspondence: None.
Minutes 3-23-16: Read and accepted.
Mack of the Month April and May: John Jay won April at 18.98. Dale Greene leads May at 14.94.
Treasurer’s Report: Dave G. reports $18,360 intake, just shy of $5000 paid out. $ 6360 at Pin Auction, $1472 paid out.
Old Business:
Discuss Sullivan Springs clean up and volunteer for spawning projects:Barb will get proposed dates. F and G looking for several thousand dollars to sponsor a worker.

Anything that needs to be discussed from 5-11-16 meeting:
Dave G. brought up history of harvesting Kamloops eggs up Grouse and Lightening Creeks and raising them in hatchery in the 80.s.
Clint N. read James M’s e-mail to Andy Dux and the responses.(Lack of Rainbow numbers)
Clint N. wants to come up with a Club Official Stance on river fishing, barbed hooks, stocking and so on.Get a questionnaire out to members for their opinion. See if James M. can get a consensus from the Charter Captains. See if any Charter guys in to talk with the Club.
New Business:
Ballots out by end of May: As nominated.
Summer Newsletter Deadline: July 6th to Ryan except election results . Out August 1st.
Annual Picnic: Saturday July 16.
Hatchery Work Day: 2nd Saturday August 13.
Blackstone Saga: Clint N. proposed Blackstone banned for continuing unethical behavior, most recently weighing a fish not caught by him. Rule 7, bag limit. No action.
Members Only Derby: 17th and 18th September, checking with Captn’s Table on food.
