LPOIC Board Meeting 4-22-20 ZOOM
Attending: Dale Greene, Will Crook, Barb Gillespie, Dave Gillespie, Bob Snider, Donny Endicott, Melanie Endicott, Jake Howerton, Kevin Elmore, Larry Eng, Elton Dawson and James Mullen.
Minutes from 3-25-20 read and accepted.
Correspondence: Kokanee info request from Don Butler of Hope. What is IDF&G doing to increase habitat and improve fishing? What is the status of the Clark Fork Hatchery and what is it being used for? No State of the Lake presentation. Request that they send it out as an email or as a Webinar. State definitely discouraging for out of state fishermen.
Treasurer’s Report: Balance $75,803.66.
Scholarships: Grant Hillen went by High School and picked up applications. He will send them to us.
Mack of the Month: Bob Snider, 28” 9.28# caught 4-19-20.
Patch Fish and Mack of the Year: Money already delivered for MOY. Dale G. needs to get 6 Patches to Dave and Barb G.
Motion by Dave G. to give one Continuing Scholarship if applied for. Three new ones. 2nd Kevin E. Unanimous.
Website is being updated. Would like fish pictures from 2016 through 2019.
Discussed ways to get Pins out this year. Online auction? Details out on Facebook to Members, silent auction for a week then follow up.
