LPOIC Board Meeting 3-28-18
Attending: Dale Greene, Grant Hillen, Clint Nicholson, Dave Gillespie, Barb Gillespie, Dave Ivy, Gale Belgarde Sr., Kevin Elmore, Kevin DaVault and James Mullen.
Correspondence: Sheriff’s Permit for Derby received.
Minutes of 2-28-18 read by Dale G. and accepted.
Mack of the Month: Dale G. reports Dave Gillespie leads with 21.62# and 37.5”.
Treasurer’s Report: Dave G. reports $43,361,00 checking, $2120.13 Egg Fund and $6184.88 Record Fund CD.
Odies in Garfield bought by David Nye, a real nice guy.
Craig Clark proposes to make special t-shirts with his own funds. Gerard Lives Matter,Lake on front, Tribs on arms and Gerard on back. No objections from Club.
Update on Newsletter: Ryan is now done as Editor. Perhaps a gift certificate as thank you? Newsletters here. Try not to distribute until Members have chance to receive mailed ones.Grant H’s wife declined Editor’s job, so looking for Ryan replacement.
Update on Scales: Missing one found in Storage, Kevin E. will have certified.
Advertising for Auction and Derby: Daily Bee story. Clint will set up an Event on the Derby and Pin Auction on Facebook. Dave G. will handle the Nickels Worth.
Update on Donations List: Three from Lignetics. Ox-Arc welding helmet. North 40 $100 Certificate and Flies.Barry Fisher most of the gear to set up a fishing boat. Frisky Jenny, Mark’s Marine, etc.
Update on Pins: Here and Paid. Only got 1-75 and Specials. Hopefully other 25 get here before Auction. Clint wants to put out for bids next year.
Update on Elks: Dave G. says paid, $418 room and clean up. Grant H. bringing Audio System. Rules say we can’t bring in any drinks to give out.
Super 1 set up for discount: James M. says yes.

Freezer: James M. and Kevin E. no luck on great buy. May go for another small one?
Update on Awards Ceremony: Not confirmed yet at Mall. MUST have set up and tear down help.
