LPOIC Board Meeting 10-24-18
Attending: Dale Greene, Barb Gillespie, Dave Gillespie, Grant Hillen, Josh Stokes, Gale Belgarde Sr., Roy Stokes, Victor Jacobson, Mary Thompson, Kevin Elmore, James Mullen, Kevin DaVault and Dave Ivy.
Minutes from 9-26-18: Waived-Will be put on clubs website.
Mack of the Month for October: Dale G. reports none received so far.
Treasurer’s Report: Dave G. reports Checking $57,456.69, Egg Fund $2120.27, CD Record Fund $6187.03 and Paypal over $1000.

Do any Weigh Stations need bags? Need to check before next meeting and Dave and Barb know.

Volunteers to deliver freezer to Holiday Shores and remove after the Derby? James M. and Clint N.Replacement of Officer
Will Crook was appointed by President Barbara Gillespie, with the unanimous approval of the Board of Directors, to replace Dave Gillespie as Treasurer of the Lake Pend Oreille Idaho Club. To serve until the end of David’s term ending July 2019. Will accepted this appointment. Will has the opportunity to be nominated in February of 2019 to become the Treasurer of the Club for the full term of 2019-2020. Will Crook is to be placed on all of the Lake Pend Oreille Idaho Clubs bank accounts as Treasurer and David Gillespie removed.Next Members Meeting 11-14-18 at Jalapeno’s 6:30 PM, Pin Design to be voted on for 2019 Pin Auction.
