LPOIC Board Meeting 10-23-19
Attending: Dale Greene, Gale Belgarde Sr., Grant Hillen Donny Endicott, Victor Jacobson, Mary Thompson, Barb Gillespie, Dave Gillespie and Kevin Elmore. Will Crook attended then left early.
Halloween Derby: 200 tickets so far. No boat slips available. Campground open. Volunteers have most things covered. All set.
Newsletter: Shipped,maybe Friday. Will be handed out to distributors after mailed to Members.
Mack of the Month October: No entries yet.
Permits
Register LPOIC with State of Idaho: Done
Bonner County Marine Permit for Thanksgiving Derby: Done
Request funds for TD Mack Division from Avista: Not yet Dave and Barb2020 Pin Design:Voting at 11-13-19 Members Meeting.
Grant Hillen looking into Scholarship process.
Motion by Kevin E. and 2nd by Donny E. to make multiple LPOIC donations to Halloween Derby. Unanimous.
Will Crook $100 for Photo Contest. Mirror Lake Golf, Hull Dental, R&R Logging, Captn’s Table each $150 for Mack of the Day. Gary Thompson and Grant Hillen $100 each for a Mackinaw place.
Next Members Meeting 11-13-19 at Jalapeno’s at 6:30 PM.
