LPOIC Board Meeting 1-26-22 Athol
Attending: Dale Greene, Gale Belgarde, Dave Gillespie, Barb Gillespie, Ryan Roslak and Will Crook.

Minutes from 10-21-21
Mack of the Month: December Bert Dennet 8.30lbs. January Bert leading with 5.82lbs. Not the end of the month.
Treasurer’s Report: Will Crook $82,205 on hand at this time. Accounting print out on file.
Old Business from the last two Members’ Meetings.
Sell Derby Tickets Online: Bud was to talk to Will and Keokee. Not in attendance – Will contact Keokee to set this up and possible other activities.Radio use and rules of the lake: Possibly to post on the website. Possibly Dave G. will have a presentation at Members Meeting.
Patches for Catch and Release 25# and for Harvested 25# presented by Gale Belgarde: Need 50 of each.
Push Club metal measuring sticks (Accurate catch and release): Give away or sell. Maybe at Members’ Meetings as door prizes?
Newsletter Deadline: 3-1-22 to Barb and Dave Gillespie.
Scales to be certified: All need certified, not all will be used.
Use Constant Contact to inform Members about Newsletters and the possibility of Pin Auction going online.
Pin Design Update: Dave G. says should have before Derby. 1 through 100 and 145 for Club.
Need plaque for Raider Boats $500 Platinum Membership.
2022 Annual Spring Derby: 4-23-22 through 5-1-22.
Junior Division Bonus $100 for successful placing release on Rainbows.
Looking for Sponsors for Adult and Kids Catch and Release, Mack Division, Mack of the Day, German Brown and Photo Contest.
