Platinum Member - $500.00
Corporate Member - $150.00 (Includes two adult memberships of your choice)
Adult Member - $40.00
Youth Member - $10.00

Attention: All 2009 Forum members who did not renew their LPOIC membership as of January 10, 2010 no longer have complete Forum access!
